After taking inventory of the systems and documenting associated expenses and defining requirements, we issued an RFP for a new networked telephone system that leveraged the bandwidth of the WAN to centralize voicemail and permit 4 digit dialing between locations, saving this customer over $12,000.00 per month for a capital investment of $350,000.00
